Spotlight on Gender, Access to Information in ASEAN

BANGKOK, Dec 15 (Reporting ASEAN) – The Reporting ASEAN program is collaborating with the Southeast Asian Press Alliance by publishing the articles produced by its fellows in its Regional Reporting Fellowship program for 2017, the focus of which is on gender and access to information in the ASEAN region.

The fellows are Nguyen Hong Tham, Nguyen Thi Phuong Anh, and Tran Thi Thuy Binh from Vietnam, Amanda Siddharta from Indonesia (from the Reporting ASEAN program), Mariejo Ramos and Aya Tantiangco from the Philippines.

The Regional Reporting Fellowship is one of two series in this year’s SEAPA fellowship, the other being the Developing Media Fellowship for journalists from Cambodia, Lao PDR and Timor Leste.
